Organisation
All applications are reviewed by an initial panel to ensure they meet the relevant selection criteria:
- Soundness of the organisation submitting the project
- Project feasibility
- Potential impact
- Possible involvement of L’Oréal employees through skills transfer, product donations, etc.
- Means of measuring success
- International coverage and scope of organisation submitting the project.
The panel reviews applications, meets the people supporting the project then submits projects eligible for Foundation support to the three pre-selection committees, comprising L’Oréal employees, experts and figures from outside the Group.
